Content marketing shows off new technology
A young company, Vergic’s cloud-based customer engagement technology adds relatively new functionality to websites. It allows marketers to engage with each visitor on their website — personally, online and in real time. Based on the visitor’s on-site behavior and interests, it uses rules for automated and agent-assisted customer engagement solutions for lead generation, sales conversion and customer service.
My assignment: deliver content marketing that show off the technology and highlights results it’s delivering for users.
Sales conversion content marketing
As Vergic represents a new tool for generating online sales to most marketers, the aim was to be informative and detailed in answering why and how to use the technology. Thus, we developed and delivered a 30-page whitepaper that serves as a reference to learn how customer engagement and its real-time, personal interaction boosts online sales. It offers real data, a step-by-step methodology and answers all the “what”, “how” and “why” questions about using customer engagement technology to boost online sales. We developed a range of infographics and social media texts outlining the results e-commerce sites could expect in order to drive traffic to a landing page where visitors could download the whitepaper.
Customer service content marketing
Delivering online support via chat, webforms, co-browsing with agent-assisted video or visual guidance is a powerful tool for customer service agents. But does it really help improve customer satisfaction, decrease customer issue resolution rates and improve agent efficiency levels? Nothing tells the story better than real customer quotes and data in case studies and infographics. A range of both were delivered.
